What are your service standards for handling claims?
“Claims are handled by the commercial insurance company which provides the particular policy you have and standards vary between them. All the commercial insurance companies that provide the policies available through the MCM Insurance website have agreed to pay a claim to you within 14 (fourteen) days of it being agreed and will separately notify MCM Insurance of the payment.
MCM Insurance will monitor the performance of its insurance company partners in the handling and payment of claims to its customers. MCM Insurance are available to help you with any difficulties you experience with a claim with your insurer.
