Professional Indemnity Insurance

There is no question that any business providing professional advice and designs, or offering similar services, needs the protection that Professional Indemnity insurance provides.

Claims can arise from a variety of causes including professional negligence, breach of contract, defamation, dishonesty and the infringement of intellectual property rights.  Even when allegations prove unfounded, the costs of defending a claim and defending a professional's reputation can be substantial.
